The building is located in a recessed, centripetal position, in order to create various amount of space qualities in the South, East and North. A longitudinal axis the penetrated the plot, which forms the moving path of movement, the swimming pool area, outdoor spaces and the main building volume and ends in a large garden in the back. The building lies on the western boundary, offering privacy from the neighboring property, extends over 2 levels of superstructure and has sloping roofs. Openings and glass curtain systems on the roofs direct natural lighting into the interior, giving outstanding spatial qualities. A transverse transparent prism intersects the main axis vertically, rises to a double floor height, hosts the daily spaces of the residence and connects the gardens with the interior. A narrow, lighted passageway connects the outdoor spaces externally. On the ground floor level are located the common areas, the office and the independent guest house area. On the upper floor are the private spaces with semi-outdoor balconies facing South and East, that are connected to a relaxation core with an unobstructed view of the garden.
