EL Architecture Studio
EL Architecture Studio is a contemporary creative studio founded by Evangelia Liakou that provides Architectural, Engineering, Design, Planning and Consulting Services for high-level Construction Industry, applied with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
The field of work extends from public and special large-scale, high-rise buildings to private residences at every stage of design and study, in which the latest technological developments are incorporated with advanced BIM methodologies. From advanced digital modeling to cutting-edge construction techniques, it is adopted as a tool for creativity, precision and sustainable solutions. Design principles, methods, tools and aesthetic principals that follow international scientific standards and good practices are applied, where ideas are transformed into creative solutions and each project is guided from the beginning to its completion with innovation, transparency, high quality and precision.
Recognizing the value of the theoretical research background to produce aesthetic architecture and its involvement in the architectural process, parallel emphasis is placed on research and theoretical deepening. The synthetic process, the creation of space and the implementation of the architectural proposal are linked to a coherent scientific background in the form of experimentation, as a result of the osmosis of art, science, theory, architectural practice, human existence and culture.
Evangelia Liakou
is an Architect Engineer NTUA MSc, member of the Technical Chamber of Greece TGC (161134), Honorary Member of the School of Architecture of NTUA for Excellence Academic Performance, with a Master's Degree in Architectural Epistemology, a Bachelor Degree in Interior, Lighting and Landscape Design and with professional experience in large-scale special projects, in all stages of design, detail study and construction. Has worked as an Architect Project Manager & Coordinator, Technical Manager and BIM Expert where has successfully implemented studies of high – end, large scale public and private projects of various sizes and types, applying the highest standards and covering all stages of studies with specialized knowledge and high expertise in specific areas of spatial organization, design and construction.
