The concept is structured in two axes that run through the complex with a conflicting character, which join green spaces, penetrate the housing shells, frame a square in the center and extend to Lycabettus Hill, where they form a multi-purpose space that can be used as a museum and as space for development of various activities by the residents. The axes form a course of narrative character by activating memory with emotional textures, through spatial and morphological qualities. At the points of conflict with the existing shells, are formed balconies, staircases, canopies and architectural elements and common areas of various uses, depending on the needs and intentions of the residents on the ground floor levels, in direct relation to the square whose boundaries are extended creating a wide green and recreation area.
